Yaron Kandelker
President and CEO

Yaron Kandelker is the President of Realife over the world and the CEO of Realife US. He is a highly-qualified and experienced real estate executive, having completed more than 1,000 real estate transactions in the past decade. With his track record of success in Florida, Texas and Ohio as evidence, he has particular expertise in these markets and real estate investment.

He has led Realife since 2014 and has prior experience in the practice of law and in insurance. Mr. Kandelker has his master’s in business administration and his law degree from Bar Ilan University in Israel. He is fluent in English and Hebrew

Adi Kaner
Managing Director

Adi Kaner is a Managing Director and CEO of the Israeli Affiliate Company . He is responsible for investment analysis and managing relationships with Realife’s investment partner. Adi works directly with investment partners and provides support at all stages of the investment cycle. He has more than seven years of experience with the US real estate market. Prior to joining Realife, Adi spent more than a decade in the Israeli Special Forces, earning the rank of Major and leading hundreds of people.

James Asimes
Director of Acquisitions

James Asimes is the Director of Acquisitions for Realife US, where he is responsible for due diligence, legal, and financing multifamily, office, and retail acquisitions. Since joining the company in 2019, he has helped close more than $50 million in investment across more than a dozen transactions.

Prior to joining Realife US, James was a Development Associate with the RMS Corporations, where he led commercial leasing and assisted with the construction and development of the $100 million Van Aken District, a mixed-use district in Shaker Heights, Ohio. In addition to his experience in real estate, James has experience in finance, banking, and law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College and his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
